I welcome this opportunity to tell you about Crown Crest Global Engineers Ltd, an affiliate of Harding Lawson Associates (HLA) of USA, and about the consulting engineering services we provide.

Since HLA was founded in 1957, the company has grown steadily – both in size, and in the breadth of technical capabilities it offers to its clients. To help maintain this growth, each of its offices and each consulting assignments are the direct responsibility of one of its principals. The company is owned entirely by its key professional employees.

HLA provides worldwide services in a broad range of geologic specialties. These are applied to problems involving the physical behavior of the earth, environmental effects and the development of mineral resources. Some of these applications are described on the following pages.

Harding-Lawson Associate

Infrared satellite imagery of the Makran Coast in southern Iran was used in an HLA geologic hazards evaluation and construction materials search for a large naval base.

Grownd Water Development and Control

The basic philosophy of our studio is to create individual, aesthetically stunning solutions for our customers by lightning-fast development of projects employing unique styles.

Rock Mechanics

To determine subsidence potential at a school site over mined coal seams in Pennsylvania, HLA geologists combined study of old mine maps with rock quality tests.
